It takes about 5-6 months to heal depending on how you sleep and heal in general.
I pierce the Septum with a Horseshoe or for an additional fee I can Pierce it with a Hoop!!
(see IG for examples).
In a week or so you should feel less pain unless you end up banging it. You will want to avoid submerging it in pools, lakes/ streams, oceans and hot tubs for at least 2 weeks after the piercing so plan accordingly.
